Our Experience Studio Sessions are designed to help you feel the frameworks — not just learn about them.

This four-part learning journey brings the four domains of emotional intelligence to life through
immersive experiences, meaningful conversation, and real-world practice.

This fall, we’ll explore those capacities through one of the defining challenges of leadership today: navigating change.

We’ll explore what happens in you when the ground moves, how to stay adaptive when the path isn’t clear, how to understand what others are experiencing, and how leaders can create the conditions for people to shape what comes next.

Over four sessions, we’ll move from self-awareness → adaptability → systemic awareness → facilitative leadership.

Change doesn't happen because someone announces a new direction.

It happens through people.

Through how we respond to uncertainty. How we make sense of what’s happening. How we listen across different experiences. How we navigate tension. And how we begin to behave differently together.

Emotional intelligence gives us a powerful set of capacities for navigating these moments — in ourselves, with others, and across the systems we’re part of.

Join us for four immersive experiences exploring what emotionally intelligent leadership looks like when the ground is moving.

The Four-Part Journey

Emotional Self-Awareness

Meeting Change

September 15th, 2026

11am - 1pm EST / 17h - 19h CET

Notice what happens when the ground moves.

Before we can lead through change, we have to understand our own relationship to it.

Explore the emotions, assumptions, patterns, and identities that shape how you respond when something familiar begins to shift.

You will:

  • Build emotional awareness and vocabulary

  • Recognize your patterns in response to change

  • Explore what uncertainty activates in you

  • Understand how your internal state influences those around you

Emotional Regulation

The Messy Middle

October 27th, 2026

11am - 1pm EST / 17h - 19h CET

Stay intentional when the path isn't clear.

Change rarely moves neatly from one state to another. There is often a messy middle — when the old ways no longer quite work and what comes next hasn’t fully emerged.

Explore how to stay grounded, adaptable, and purposeful without needing to have all the answers.

You will:

  • Practice emotional self-management

  • Recognize your patterns under stress and uncertainty

  • Strengthen adaptability

  • Experiment with staying open when the answer isn't yet clear

Understanding Others

Reading the System

November 12th, 2026

11am - 1pm EST / 17h - 19h CET

See beyond your own experience.

Change looks different depending on where you sit.

Strengthen your ability to understand what others are experiencing while learning to notice the relationships, patterns, power dynamics, and competing realities shaping the larger system.

You will:

  • Deepen listening and empathy

  • Practice perspective-taking

  • Strengthen organizational awareness

  • Notice dynamics that may be difficult to see from where you sit

  • Explore what resistance and tension might be telling you

Working With Others

Culture in Motion

December 15th, 2026

11am - 1pm EST / 17h - 19h CET

Shape what becomes possible next.

Culture is continually created through everyday interactions — how we communicate, make decisions, navigate disagreement, respond to mistakes, exercise influence, and work together.

Explore how leaders can move beyond simply directing change toward creating the conditions for people to participate in shaping what comes next.

You will:

  • Strengthen your ability to influence and inspire

  • Navigate tension and conflict productively

  • Build collaboration and shared ownership

  • Explore how everyday leadership behavior shapes culture

  • Practice creating conditions for others to contribute and participate

Emotional intelligence you can actually use.
